The caravan itself has three separate bedrooms, living room /kitchen and toilet with shower. The living area has TV,DVD and freeview. Outside thereis a wooden decking patio with a table and chairs and a brick built barbecue . The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge and microwave. An iron and ironing
board are also provided, as are pillows and duvets. The duvets and pillows are already covered to protect them as is the mattress but we ask in the interest of hygiene that you take your own covers to go over them.
You will also need to bring tea towels, towels, bed linen and sheets.
No pets or smoking are allowed in the caravan.
There is a colour television with freeview and vacuum cleaner; these are used at your own risk and we can except no responsibility.
The caravan is heated by gas fire and there is a small electric radiator in the cupboard should you need to use it, please remember to switch this off and store away after use.
The cooker is also gas. There will be no need to pay for any electric or gas, as it is all included in the price of the caravan
We hope you enjoy your holiday and have a great time, however we do ask you to please follow our caravan guidelines and make sure the van is kept clean and un-damaged.
There is one car parking space allocated to the caravan for which a pass will be given to you on arrival, by the gate staff, if there is more than one car in your party the additional cars will have to park in the large car park by the east gate.
