Term & Conditions
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required within one week of booking . The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, postal order or by BACS - online bank payment. In the case of bookings made within 4 weeks, full payment is required.

Cancelations
The booking deposit is non-refundable the remaining holiday payment balance will be refunded unless cancellation is within 28 days of holiday date then refund will only be made if the holiday is re-let. Any refund due will be paid via cheque.

n arrival to the park please go to the east gate (second entrance), which is about 200 yards from the main gate along the sea front.
The caravan will be available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Butlins staff will need to see your “Entry To Resort” form as proof of your booking, before handing you your Butlins passes and the keys to the caravan. If you arrive at the resort before 4 pm you may not be able to collect the keys to the caravan; you will however be able to enter the camp. Remember to check with guest services that none of the week’s events are ticketed, if they are you will need to collect the tickets at the same time. Please note you are entitled to tickets.
There is one car parking space allocated to the caravan plot 113, for which a pass will be given to you on arrival, by the gate staff. If there is more than one car in your party the additional cars will have to park in the large car park by the east gate.
Please remember to bring tea towels, towels, bed linen and sheets.
Departure
Please vacate the caravan by 10 a.m as the cleaning staff will need to prepare the caravan for the next holidaymakers.
Please lock the caravan before you leave the resort and ensure that all windows are closed and locked. Your keys should be handed to a member of Butlins gate staff at the east gate when you leave your caravan on the morning of departure. You may however remain on the camp after handing in your keys until later in the day if you wish to.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed within the caravan. If smoking outside, please dispose of any cigarette ends and do not leave them on the ground outside the caravan.
Utilities
Gas and electricity is included in the booking price.
Restrictions
Only the persons named on the booking form can occupy the caravan. We are not able to accept bookings from single sex parties or groups predominantly under 21 years of age.
Insurance
We cannot accept liability for personal injury or the loss or damage of your personal belongings; this should be covered by your own holiday insurance.
Problems/Emergencies
If you have any problems with water and plumbing, gas or electric then you need to go and report any problem to Butlins maintenance based on site or they can be contacted on 01643 700554 9am – 5pm and 01643703331 Duty manager out of hours.
